About the Role
Key Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Research and identify new property opportunities in target areas.
Conduct market analysis to assess rental demand, pricing and investment potential.
Carry out on-site inspections and evaluations of properties and prepare structured reports.
Support negotiations for property purchases, leases and trust-based arrangements.
Analyse the performance and profitability of existing properties and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to strategies that ensure sustainable growth and long-term value from the property portfolio.
Identify new client and partnership opportunities to strengthen the company’s network.
Prepare business development reports, proposals and presentations for management.
Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings and property exhibitions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess investment potential and calculate returns.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build professional networks and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Minimum B2 level English
Experience in property, real estate, investment analysis or a similar field will be a strong advantage.
