
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving new business opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business partnerships, maintain relationships with existing clients, and support the overall growth strategy of Forever Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our portfolio of clients and properties.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth.
Manage negotiations, contracts, and business agreements to ensure successful deal closures.
Represent Forever Limited at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and grow professional relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or property management (experience in real estate is highly desirable).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving business growth.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A good understanding of the UK real estate market and trends is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
