Marketing Executive

About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Forever Limited’s services and brand across the UK property market. Your primary responsibility will be to create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation for Forever Limited's property rental, sales, and management services.
Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and advertising campaigns.
Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing projects and events.
Organize and participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles to ensure consistent and engaging content.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing (experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
A passion for real estate and understanding of the UK property market is beneficial.
